For OHP Clients:
As of October 1, 2025, licensed providers who are not in-network with CareOregon or other OHP plans are no longer able to bill OHP or accept new OHP clients. 

Headway is a platform that helps connect clients with therapists who accept their insurance. It streamlines the process of using insurance for mental health care - handling all the paperwork, billing, and claims - so you can focus on your therapy, not the logistics.

When you schedule with Jenette through Headway:

• You’ll verify your insurance coverage directly on the Headway website to confirm your benefits and any copay.
   
• Headway manages billing and payments automatically, submitting claims to your insurance and charging you only for your portion (like your copay or deductible).
   
• You’ll receive reminders and access your documents (like intake forms or receipts) through your secure Headway account.
   

We want therapy to fit into your life in a way that feels comfortable and accessible. You have a few options for how we meet:

• In-person sessions at our office:

• Telehealth sessions from the comfort of your home (secure online platform).
   
• Hybrid approach where you can choose a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions, depending on your needs and schedule.

This is dependent on various factors. Please check in with your clinician to see if you are eligible for this option. 

Unfortunately, no. You are legally required to be in Oregon during the time of your appointment. The good news is that you can be anywhere in the state. If you are ever traveling out of state, we can always reschedule. 

If you ever need to cancel a session, we ask that you cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled session time. We will charge the full rate of your session if you do not cancel prior 24 hours before your session time. We understand that life happens, so we will waive the first missed session fee if not given the proper notice. 

This is dependent on the person and their treatment. For clients using insurance, we will need to provide a diagnosis for authorization of services - we will assess for this in the first 1-3 sessions. If we find that you have a diagnosis that requires treatment that is out of our scope of practice, we will collaborate on next steps.

Blue Mountain Healing, LLC uses SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant EHR system, that allows us to secure your card on file. During your initial session, we will ask for your card information and we will charge your card after every session.
